Marie Kline brings more than 20 years of experience across human resources and operations, including the past nine years as a Global HR executive at Amazon, where she now leads within the company’s core AI division. Her career is defined by strategic leadership, innovation, and the development of high‑impact people operations at scale. Marie is an active member of Impact100 Mobile, serves on the Board of Advisors for the Mobile Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Eastern Shore Chamber, and is the co‑founder of the Mahjong Magnolias. She resides in Daphne, Alabama, with her husband, Bradly, and their two children, Noah and Elijah.
